Only Show Related Table Specific To Feature Type

I have a UN asset inspections app. This is for power poles and underground assets in a Structure Junction dataset. I have one inspection form for poles and one for UG. I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible to only show the pole form in a pole popup, and UG form for UG popups? Right now I see both forms for every asset. I don’t want the field crews to make a mistake and choose a pole form for UG asset and vice versa. Also, is it possible to default the feature fields menu to be closed like in the screenshot?
