Trying to create a very simple web map in Enterprise Portal 11.5.
Has a single point feature layer published from an Enterprise Geodatabase called DBO_Culverts.
The Basemap is ESRI World Topographic Map
Cannot understand what these error messages mean when checking compatibility for offline use.
The culverts layer is an extremely simple point feature layer. Why is it saying "requires true curve editing"??? There are no curves!!
And, why is it saying The ESRI layer does not support export tiles but an alternate is available? What alternate?
Thank you!
I'm seeing this about the true curves where there may be a solution: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-field-maps-questions/esri-field-maps-designer-issues-after-june...
For the basemaps, you may need to try a different basemap instead of the topographical map to see if it will allow the exporting of the tiles, I'm not finding a ton of information on that myself but I'll keep looking!

Thank you Cody! I adn't noticed that the true curves message was just a warning and not an error. This is helpful! However, checking the boxes in the layer settings to ignore the true curves didn't make the message go away. 😞 Guess it can be "lived" with as long as the layer can receive edits.
Sadly I cannot get the Basemap error to go away, preventing me from making the map useable offline. I suspect I will have to create my own tile layer as I also tried getting the URL from the Living Atlas, putting that in my web map, and it did not resolve the problem.
Thanks for the assistance!
The default Esri basemaps included in ArcGIS Enterprise are not enabled for offline use. You can take similar basemaps offline by adding an Esri basemap from ArcGIS Online to your web map.
You can do this per map or set up custom maps in your gallery with stored ArcGIS online credentials.
You can ignore the true curve warning. It's not an error and won't prevent offline.
