Input mask in smart form?

Hi,

Is there a way to force a specific format on a field, like input mask does in S123?

I'm using the editor widget in ExB to let users create new features.  But, I need the ID of the new feature to be like this "XX-999999".

Seems weird to me that this is integrated with S123 but not in Smart Forms.

Any advice?
