Our company has a growing number of Field Apps. On the occasions when people send us a tech support request it almost always comes down to first asking what app they are using.
I have some ideas, but I would like suggestions for building a help button into Field Maps so they can send a message direct from their phone to GIS Support and it will Populate the subject or body with the name of the application.
I may submit a suggestion to add an option for Contact Support under the ellipsis
Hi @RobertBorchert , thank you for the feedback! We have noted this feedback internally and hope to make improvements in the future around the ability to submit/direct issues to the right people from directly within the app.

For now my work around is to add a text with hyperlink field for each popup
mailto:email@domain?subject=Telephone and Asset replacement app?
What I would envision is something you can configure for the entire app rather than for individual popups
This will open the default email app and populate the subject with the name of the app
