Fields Maps error arcade expression invalid ERROR code 40

Anywone can help me the picture error below when i try to collecte data with arc gis fields maps arcade expression is invalid, Error evaluating Arcade expression for attribute rule "commune" Error Code 44

Do you have access to the expression? Without seeing the Arcade that is trying to evaluate, it's basically impossible to say why it's failing.
