Field Maps Offline Issue: Indexes with unsupported characters

I am trying to allow my map to be used offline, but have come into an issue after the most recent update. I am getting the warning message on 2 Polygon Layers (both have the same schema): 

I am not sure what is causing the issue, as a similar layer schema (but is a Point layer) is not having this issue. 

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Experience builder search widget caused this issue, it has been adding invalid indices to layers.

1. Go to the item details page of those layers
2. Go to Settings
3. Under 'Field Indexes'
4. Delete any indices that have invalid characters (probably ones that contains a dash)

Same problem here. However, if I delete the indices, will the search tools still work?

@JoabelBarbieri I don't believe that this will impact the search tool.
