A member of staff was out in the field using Field Maps and suddenly had a this error message appear:
Error: Illegal state. The supplied geodatabase has a transaction in progress
She tried to sync her offline edits but was unable to.
Can anybody help me understand what is causing this error, how to find out what the transaction is that is already in progress and how to resolve this error.

Any guidance on getting the offline edits of the phone would be helpful too. It is an android phone.
