Field Maps Designer Related Tables

In Field Maps designer, my related tables are greyed out.

I am still able to configure forms and they save, but do not carry over into Field Maps.

I am having issues with viewing my related records in Field Maps. I have a web map created on Arc Online that we use for inspections. I am able to select a record in my feature class then view the related records in the web map on ArcGIS Online. However, when I try do to the same in Field Maps, I get a message saying related records will appear here when they are added. I am also unable to add a new related record and receive a message that the form contains unsupported data. This worked just fine the other day and now isn't working anymore. Any tips on https://xender.vip/ ? TIA
