Field Maps/Collector not GPS Averaging

Hey ESRI Community, I am having an issue with both ESRI Collector and Field Maps apps on iOS. Both apps will not collect new data points with GPS Averaging enabled. The units are receiving good sub-meter accuracy but the averaging will just sit at 0 of 30 forever. Projects are based in AGOL, teams are using Offline Areas with iPads and EOS Arrow 100+ receivers. All Apps/Hardware are up to date on soft/firmware updates This new issue just started about 3 weeks ago. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem and have found a solution? Thanks!

Don't know if this will help, but I had trouble with Collector not wanting to connect to my GPS units. iPad would be connected but the app would not. I would have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to connect. I have recently moved over to Field Maps and it seems to be working well, until it doesn't. Time will tell.
