Field Maps 25.2.2 Update - New format - Cumbersome for Collect Here - Why????

A coworker experienced the new update for Field Maps out in the field (offline) and was really frustrated that the new format now adds yet another click for actually collecting data with the 'More' and then 'Collect Here' button clicks.
For the map based app for data collection why did the developers hide the actual data collection button in this update and make it yet another click/cumbersome? Why prioritize space on the app for directions, compass, favorites yet hide collect here?
Please add 'Collect Here' to the main menu. Our biologists work remotely in Alaska and will never use directions, compass, favorites, but DO want to collect data. It is also really easy to accidentally click one of those buttons in the process like directions and then that really is irritating because then it is a number of clicks on the screen to get back to where a person can collect data. I help support biologists that are flying in planes or in boats trying to collect data.
Please restore 'Collect Here' to the main menu for those wanting to actually collect data versus mark their favorites or click on the compass?
I do not understand why 'Collect Here' was moved to the overflow menu 😞
