I noticed this week that Markup on Field Maps changed to "Personal Markup." The new workflow is cumbersome, before sketching on my map, I have to first choose a type (color) every single time. Worst of all, I cannot share with my organization. Then when I share the .markup file via email, I cannot figure out how to upload file into arcgis pro. So annoying.
