After creating a new view of the Weed Location Feature Layer, the resulting view did not display the “Layer Drop-down List” on the Data page

The following screenshot shows the parent and child layers in the Layer Drop-down List:
After creating a new view layer, the Layer Drop-down List is missing - meaning that the child table cannot be accessed:
Having closed all windows down and rebooted my PC and then cleared all cookies, the Layer Drop-down List is still missing
