I’m not sure if this is a Field Maps or ArcGIS Pro Geodatabase Topology limitation... but, when using Field Maps to edit the geometry of point features in an ArcGIS Pro Geodatabase Topology, the connectivity of associated linework is not maintained. When editing a Geometric Network in Field Maps, line-to-point connectivity IS maintained when a point geometry is changed.
