In the new Field Maps Beta version, it’s great that tasks can be sorted by distance, priority, due date, and other criteria. However, there is currently no option to define a default sorting order — for example, to have tasks automatically sorted by priority when the map is opened.
Having the ability to set a default sort order directly in Field Maps Designer would make daily operations much smoother, allowing field crews to focus on working through their tasks efficiently without having to manually sort the list each time.
