It would be helpful if a user could remove themselves from a group from within Field Maps when they no longer need access to the group's content.
In an organization like the NIFC Org with over 35,000 users, most of them mobile workers, they end up with a screenful of maps they no longer need in Field Maps after they are no longer assigned to an incident. These users do not typically log into ArcGIS Online in a web browser. The individuals managing the groups and content do not always remove users upon demobilization from the incident, it's a lot to keep track of.
When clicking on a group from the Maps screen in Field Maps, if there was an option either up at the top or bottom of the screen to leave the group, with a warning pop up that would appear when clicked that reminds the user that they will no longer have access to the maps if they leave the group, it would help responders manage their content to only see what they need.
Brilliant Idea. I see many Fire Ops personnel with years of maps on their devices, and they are not inclined to do "data management" when they are either not on an incident, or when not on their phones. Please elevate this improvement.
