Disable My Tracks in Field Maps

Hello,

I would like an option for the administrator of an organization or an author of maps in Field Maps to be able to disable the My Tracks toggle in the Field Maps app. 

We have maps setup for location sharing and want our field workers to use the maps so that categories (tags) are added to the tracks. Unfortuantly, when our field workers enable tracking through My Tracks, tags are not added and our scripts don't know which tracks should be processed.

Not only is this invasive but it's confusing to our field staff. They ask if it's tracking their locations which is against our HR policies.

This is also confusing our staff, they think they are being tracked even though we don't use the feature. Worse, we run into issues with 3d party field workers where they are requiring legal agreements that we do not track them. It's a waste of time and resources having to produce these legal agreements.
