A field maps application that will use map packages

We are developing map packages for field crews to take on their mobile devices to use in the field when cell service may be weak.

My idea would be to create multiple Mobile Map Packages that will work together in a single application.

The land base used for the current map package takes up the most space, however most features in it take decades to change.  

The Electric part of our system changes quite a bit more often. 

The idea would be to publish separate map packages a big one and a small one.  The small one could be updated periodically and make for a much faster download into Field Maps
