Extracting address from popup using a custom URL

I am currently using a custom URL to extract attribute information from Explorer into Survey123, example below. Is it possible to use this method to extract the address that automatically populates in Explorer's feature popup? 

Arcgis-survey123://?itemid=xxx&field:sites={Label}&field:siteuniqueid={Unique_ID}
