Hi Everyone,
I have been receiving calls from my field crew about Explorer crashing on their phones when they try to select a layer on the map. I'm currently pushing this map through our enterprise system. These folks currently use android phones, most of which are Galaxy S8 or S9.
What is really confusing me is that myself and a couple other employees with iPhones do not experience this issue, so I know it's not a problem with my map or server.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
