Explorer App Information

I am looking for the most up to date information for the Explorer app for IOS and Android.  Will someone please point me in the right direction.

While ArcGIS Pro supports putting an Image (.jpg, tiff, etc..) into a Mobile Map package.  Explorer for ArcGIS does not support reading them. 

You can use the Create Map Tile Package tool to convert your image into a .tpk file.   .tpk files can be used in a Mobile Map Package and Explorer for ArcGIS will display them.

We are working to support image files in a future release.
