My organization uses windows tablets to collected data while out in the field. On these tablets we use the ArcGIS Explorer App downloaded from the Microsoft Store (currently using App Version 21.0.2). Since updating to the most recent app version users have reported that the application will randomly sign them out while in the field. Users are unable to sign back in to their ArcGIS Online account to access the maps they downloaded because they are out in the field and do not have internet access, BIG PROBLEM FOR US! This was not an issue with the previous version. Does anyone have troubleshooting solutions or workarounds?
