I'm creating a map from a CSV file with multiple attribute fields. I'd like one of them to be a Rich Textbox so I can add hyperlinks. When I configure the pop-up field to be a Rich Textbox, the pop-up displays html code and the links are not active. Why is this happening?

I am having exactly the same problem, I need the rich textbox because the multi-line text box is limited to 250 characters. I also need to add hyperlinks but as soon as I do and press OK it comes up with an error about it being invalid.
Can someone please respond to let us know whether it is workable or if it is a bug that will require fixing.....?
