I was thinking about submitting and idea to track URL usage statistics for Explorer for ArcGIS. Is there already a way or software to do this?
Here is what I have in mind. Now that we implemented the Explorer for ArcGIS to about 35 people, we would like to know who is using the APP in an easier way to decipher than what we are receiving. It is difficult and time consuming to weed through the data. I would also like to know things like how long each users leaves the App open or how long they are actually using the app throughout the day/week/month. Most likely other information like data or battery usage could be useful to spot patterns across the user. I am looking for something that would help us find employees who may need additional help to use the product to its full potential.
I tried searching the ESRI site, but too many hits for usage statistics, URL usage, or other verbiage I tried.
If you could point me in the right direction that would be great.
