Several of our map services have recently stopped returning any results if you try to select features on their maps. Is there a setting to turn this off and on or something? Or is there a common culprit that causes this that we can fix?
I have the same issue with "Select Features" tool in Arc Explorer Online. After picking the tool and making a rectangle around features returns nothing.
Are there any requirements to have this tool function properly? Could someone from ESRI respond?
I'm experiencing the same issue as well. I click the "Select Features" button and draw a box around data that was imported in a .csv file but it doesn't select any of the data. What am I doing wrong or is this a systemwide esri problem? Please let me know.
