It appears the query tool, if you build a query with 'contains' against a string field, its a case sensitive query? Is this correct or have I missed something? Would be great to have the ability to control this.
is there an "upper" or "lower" option within the query builder (haven't used explorer online)? If so, cast your query to either upper or lower prior to using the contains option ... common practice in many sql style queries
