Cannot configure multiple features for same location (like in ArcGIS Online)

I've imported data from a csv file and for one location (same latitude/longitude) where there are three  entries with different information.  When I view the layer in ArcGIS Online and click on this specific location the popup displays an option across the top to scroll thru the "(1 of 3)" popups.

Yet when I view this same map in ArcGIS Explorer Online or ArcGIS Desktop I don't have the option of scrolling through the three unique sets of information for the one location.

I'm VERY NEW to ArcGIS, so I apologize if this is a ridiculous question to the veteran users.

Hi,
Currently this a limitation in Explorer Online. It's an issue that we are aware of and are currently investigating. Unfortunately there isn't really any workaround either - other than not to have multiple points in exactly the same location.

I'll post back on this thread when I have an update.

I am trying to do a similar function. I have a cvs file with multiple entries on the same day and some with muliplte location as well. How can I show the entries using a graduated symbol showing the muliple entries. I am trying to keep the table simple and I am only using a date and location. The number of records that I will want to map could be as many as 15,000. This would be 1 years worth of data. Any ideas?
