However, when I visit the thread via the link provided, or try to find the message using ctrl-f and strings from it, it seems no longer to be there. Was it perhaps deleted? I raise this because my perception is that such "missing messages" seem to be becoming more common.
Dear graeme,
mauicountywwr has just replied to a thread you have subscribed to entitled - ArcGIS Explorer 2500 discussion - in the ArcGIS Explorer Desktop forum of Forums.
This thread is located at: '>http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/61091-ArcGIS-Explorer-2500-discussion?goto=newpost Here is the message that has just been posted: *************** Anyone else been noticing erratic behavior with only the Bing Basemaps in AGX 2500? All other basemaps work fine. The Bing Basemaps seem to work fine when I first open AGX but if it sits for a while, then I try to scroll around the streaming is really bad, and sometimes takes minutes to complete in one spot. very strange. Then when I change to a basemap other than Bing and they all work fine even after sitting for a while. 1750 did not have this issue and I did check another staff computer running 1750 on the same network with no issues. This tells me it's probably not a Bing/internet side issue and is probably on my side. I've cleard the E3 cash several times to see if it was a hiccup but has not remedied the problem.
Anyone else having this issue? Or have a fix?
Thanks. ***************
