Trouble add a note.

I am using ARX 1500 with OS win7 x86 and have all pre-requisite to run it.
My problem is that when I will put a note... it draw more or less 1' above local where I click.
Anybody know solution to these problem???

When you click on the map it does somethng like this?


Does it occur in both 2D and 3D?

What language is your computer running in?  it may have something to do with this, but I am not sure.
