Yes there is - ArcGIS Online. http://www.arcgis.com

You can search for and upload ArcGIS Explorer add-ins (.eaz) as well as layer packages, NMF, NMC and NCFG files.

To upload content you will need to sign in.

Nice.  I shared a small ArcGIS Explorer Add-in which exports the coordinates and attributes of  point feature classes to a table in a Micorosft Word document.  At the same time, it grabs the altitude at each point from a USGS web service and includes it in the table.

I can't find any add-ins in arcgis.com. How can I find all the add-ins for arcgis explorer desktop? this is really frustrating. I used to be able to navigate to a repository, now it is more difficult.

Patrick, the easiest way to find add-ins in arcgis.com is to search for "eaz". This will bring all add-ins back. EAZ is add-in extension.

The other option is to use Add-ins Online add-in: http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=2dc1329f072f4f79a1162544a6f9c052

If you are searching for content at the http://www.arcgis.com site.  Make sure you are searching "all content" and not just 'web content'

ArcGIS.com should have a better way to browse for add-ins. By just being able to search for them by searching EAZ makes them sort of hidden.

Does anybody know if it is possible to create an add-in and generate a software key for it when distributing to other users?
