When I click on my map the popup window appears and does not show attribute information for each record. It displays one of the field names. All my settings within ArcMap are correct and I should see the attribute "COUNTY_STATE_PHOTO_YEAR" for each polygon but instead I am only seeing the field name "COUNTY_STATE_PHOTO_YEAR".
I came across a couple other posts about this but no one received a solution. Is this just a limit of working with Layers within Arc Explorer?
