Hello.
I've got a question in regards to some data I have collected for the nation of Bulgaria. I was hoping to make a map of Bulgaria and have collected enough data to make something pretty good. The problem is the names of places look like this:
???æ??????????????????????????????????????????
While I do know Bulgarian, I would like to have this turned into English. I've searched around the forum a little bit - but I'm hoping someone can give me a hand in trying to translate that into Latin characters.
