I've had problems on a number of different machines with ArcGIS Explorer;
- loading very slowly (or not loading at all, leaving the splash screen and E3 process running, and not opening up later)
- crashing often (some people I work with get 10-15 minutes max before it crashes)
- not being able to handle large data-sets (crashes opening)
I really don't want to have people go back to Google Earth... but I need some way for our staff to interact with the GIS data for their project.
Please, please make desktop more stable (i.e. if there is a size limit crash, make sure it doesn't just freeze things and).
ArcGIS Online is great, but doesn't work for situations where there's no, or limited, internet access.
