Hello -
I've created a custiomized add in and assigned it to an application configuration. None of my users are currently using application configurations.
To deploy, my program creates a shortcut pointing to the .ncfg file which says 'open this specific map'. My test user gets the white error message when exiting out of arcgisexplorer. "ArcGIS Explorer has encountered a serious application error and is unable to continue".
Do I have to deploy a new settings1500.xml with the .ncfg and .nmf file in it? If so does it only have to be copied to c:\Documents and Settings\<username>\settings1500.xml?
Please tell me everything I have to include in my deployment program.
