I am a beginner to the ArcGIS tool and trying to import a data set based on the FIPS code. My data set is a CSV file with county name and FIPS code. I can not find FIPS code in the Location Source section. Do I need to change the coordinate system to recognize the FIPS code?
I am using the ArcGIS Explorer desktop version.
