We are running ArcGIS Explorer on a Citrix server. Is there any way to automatically associate the program with KML files, so it doesn't prompt every new user the first time they log in? Although this setting seems to be stored in the settings1500.xml file in the user's profile, if you delete that file it doesn't prompt them again, and if you put the file in the correct directory before the first time they open Explorer, it still prompts them.
So how can I get around this?
