I get a message from the ArcGISExplorerDataAccessDownload.exe installer (I see the splash screen and hit Next):
Fatal Error: Installation ended prematurely because of an error.
I have ArcGIS Explorer 1200 installed.
PC is running Vista Professional.
There aren't any other ESRI products insalled - do I need an ESRI license to run this software?
I tried Run as Administrator to no avail.
