I'm a new user to ArcGis Explorer desktop. When I try to load basemaps from ArcGIS on line, the program crashes and prompts to send a message to ESRI. On completing the form and explanation, that crashes with a failure notice too.
I have registered with user name, password and am logged on when the failure occurs.
