If I launch the App Config from the start menu, I see Create New, or Add existing. If I cancel (Note First few launches, this info was on the page, but now its a pop up), then click Add, I now see Create New (Same), Copy an Existing, and Add existing (Same). Copy was not on the original page, it seems like the different dialogs should be consistent.
