Are you referring to TableRelationship class? Please take a look at this page with sample code:

Thaks for fast reply!!
I am going to take a look on your sample...

I discribe my situation maybe u will have more advice:
I have need to build AGX project with Parcel map and funkcionality - officer can clik on Parcel and see owners and so on...i am new in this so first i have built a FGDB and than i have created feature classes (parcels), tables (owners, i have in origin only owners.dbf) and relationship classes (M-N relationship) in it, and i thought that i give the FGDB to somebody and it will works (On my ArcMap it works fine). Next i found, that when i wanna to save symbology and so on i need LPKs...when i open feature class in AGX atributes of parcels are visible without relationship and when i open lpk in AGX the atributes isnt work...i found on forum that i need to do own Add-in so thats why i posted the post. Finaly i would like to create something with funkcionality like Query Features Add-in from Edan Cain (http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=187ece93958e4e7a86f918a00df0f36b) has. That officer write down owner and DataGrid shows results and when he clik on result it will zoom to parcel.
Thank u very much

Take a look at the samples provided with the AGX SDK located @ C:\Program Files\Explorer\DeveloperKit\Samples. I found them to be very helpful.
