Hi,

My client is getting this error when he goes to experience builder to add data > select the web map created in ArcGIS Online > he got 'item does not exist or inaccessible' in experience builder. Developer tools shows CORS error in the console:

Access to fetch at 'https://maps.gov.bc.ca/arcserver/rest/services/mpcm/bcgwpub/MapServer/549?f=json' from origin 'https://experience.arcgis.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: The 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header has a value 'https://governmentofbc.maps.arcgis.com' that is not equal to the supplied origin. Have the server send the header with a valid value, or, if an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.

- He is getting this error consistently in the browser

- I was able to replicate the issue at the beginning but it works if I try again.

- There is no issue when he tested with sampleserver6 map service.

Thanks,

Andy
