Widget Banner Collapse/Delete Icon Color

I can change the color of widget popup banners by changing the primary color of the project theme, but I have not figured how to control the color of the symbols for collapse and delete that appear on the right. The default is hard to read. Is it possible to change these without coding?

I believe those are only customizable if you're in the developer edition and modify the output code. The other icons in a widget respond to modified theme colors, but I also can't get the banner header icon to do so

Thanks. I was afraid of that. I hope you can make simple changes like this without code soon.
