Version deletion issue

Hello,

We are working on an Experience builder application we are using the branch versioning widget to allow users to create their own versions.

I noticed that the delete option in the tool stopped working for some reason, so neither the version owner or the admin can delete any version from the Experience builder app.

I also noticed that the owner can only delete it from within ArcGIS Pro using the delete version tool.

I am super sure that this option was available before (with a different SQL database) but I am not sure what happened now (the person who was responsible for creating the database mentioned that he gave us all permissions to create and edit/delete).

The old SQL DB isn't available anymore unfortunately to compare it with the new one.

Any one faced this issue before?

Hi @HusamOqer95 when did you start seeing this behavior? Also are you using Experience Builder in ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS? A Support case would be ideal to look at this a little closer https://support.esri.com/en-us/contact. Thanks!

Thanks for you reply Stephanie, I started seeing this behavior 2 weeks ago using the  Experience Builder in Portal.

I have submitted a ticket for Esri support hopefully they can assist in resolving the issue.
