Unable to Export Map Image Layer Data in Experience Builder (AGOL with Enterprise 10.9.1)

I'm experiencing an issue in ArcGIS Online (AGOL) Experience Builder where I'm unable to export parcel data using the Select and Near Me widgets, despite having the data panel and actions properly configured. The export functionality works correctly when using a hosted feature layer added directly to AGOL, but it fails when attempting to export my parcel data, which is a map image layer published from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.

This issue began occurring after the June 2025 update to AGOL. Prior to that, exporting data from the same map image layer worked as expected.

This limitation impacts the ability to provide downloadable parcel data to end users and significantly reduces the usability of the application.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi @JudithWammack  - thanks for your reply on my post.

We are experiencing the same with 10.9.1. Our applications are also heavily leverage this functionality.

Hi @BrittanyBurson - I hope they find a solution soon. Otherwise, we’ll end up doing the work for the end user, which will create more work for us.

Hi @JudithWammack ,

Is your app publicly shared? If yes could you please share the link? Is it failing for all formats?

I was trying to reproduce this with 10.91 map service layer but unable to repro it. Near Me is working as expected for me. I was using 10.91 map service from  https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services so

So I am not sure what is going on. If your app is not public, please reach out to esri support and log a bug with them.

Link above is our public county web map. I already have a ticket open with ESRI. I was looking to see if I was the only one that had the problem. Supposedly it is a reported BUG-000177589.

@JudithWammack BUG-000177589 was fixed last night, could you please check your app? I checked your app  and looks like it is working.
