Tile Layer not drawing the same in Experience Builder as web map

Hi, 

I'm using the experience builder to show some data.  I've added a map that includes a tile layer hosted by DroneDeploy of some imagery from (surprise) a drone.  When I view the web map the tile layers draws well and zooms down to a good resolution. 

However when I view that same map inside the Experience Builder, the tiles don't draw at the higher resolution.  

Is this a setting I'm missing, or something else?
