SSO dual login display Issue

Hi, We are using SSO to secure some of our enterprise EXBD Apps. I have setup the relevant group and added azure users, the web map and the registered App. The issue we are having is when the user clicks the App they get a prompt to cancel or click OK to the portal environment. If they click ok they get the required SSO login display and can login. My question is why do we get this initial portal prompt? We don't get this issue when doing the same with WABD secure Apps! Any info would be great so we can tidy this up.

@RodWoodford I think it is as expected to have the initial prompt if the app contains non-public resource, because in order to load the resource, EXB needs credential. 
In the coming June release, we add an option to allow skip the initial login prompt and the app loads only what is accessible to the current user.
