Trying to stay patient with all the configurations and settings and connection links etc etc etc in Experience builder...

  1. I have a map and I have a feature that is editable.
  2. I want to zoom in and click on the point and have it open up an edit screen and have the ability to edit attributes and hit the save button.  (I dont want to have to click an edit widget, click a button for select, open a window, expand window, make edits, save, click back to pan button etc...)
  3. then return to the map
  4. If more that one record is selected I would expect a list of some sort to choose from.

Is this possible without 400 connections and configurations... if so how...

As long as I'm clicking an editable layer and the edit widget is open to the side it automatically opens the form I need to edit.

If it's in a widget controller and closed clicking a feature will not activate it otherwise try a sidebar? https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/problem-selecting-features-automatically-expands-the-s...
