Hi all,
Has anyone found a way to show related records in Experience Builder? we have moved to Portal 11.3 and updating a web app builder app to EXPB, but the relates don't appear anymore in the pop ups.
Any solutions?
This is already supported. Experience Builder will honor the pop-ups from the source map. So if you have pop-ups configured in the source map, then the map you select in Experience Builder will also have related tables in the pop-ups.
With that being said, you need to be using the new map viewer instead of the classic map viewer.
Thanks for the quick reply Ryan
I opened my existing web map in the new viewer and can't see them, is there additional configuration that I need to include?
Yeah, unfortunately related tables don't just "work" like they did in the classic map viewer. Meaning that in the old map viewer, if you have your relationship class already configured in the feature service, it will appear by default in the pop-up. There is additional configuration you have to do in the new map viewer. Not sure why Esri introduced additional steps to configure related tables, but it is what it is.
In the new map viewer, click the Pop-ups icon on the right side, then click Add content. From there, you should see an option to add related records.
Still doesn't appear to be working, any ideas?
I tried republishing the data using the newest pro and it works as expected in map viewer classic, but no option to add relates to content in the new version
Hmm, I'm not sure then. I tried with both referenced and hosted feature services and it works for me. You might need to open an Esri support case and see if they can figure out what's going on.
