Is there a way in Experience Builder to enable and allow users to multi select features using shift click WITHOUT using the actual point select tool in the selection tools? Just by clicking with the mouse where you'd click a feature to display a pop-up. I find the selection tools to be a bit unreliable and don't really function smoothly but it seems to be the only way to do a multi select in the map.

Hi @CameronLacelle,
You could only use select tool or select widget to multi select features.
"I find the selection tools to be a bit unreliable and don't really function smoothly." Could you give me an example? Thanks.
Thanks,

@Ke_Xu hi, that was in reference to the map-embedded selection tools mostly, I've been using the actual select widget now and it's been better for our team's needs.
In reading the Experience Builder documentation it says:
I have a select widget with only interactive selection turned. After making an initial selection, holding shift to add to that selection or Ctrl to remove from that selection is not working. It still just does a completely new selection.
@CameronLacelle @Ke_Xuwere you able to get this functionality to work at all?
^^ That was you selecting one point by a rectangle and then holding shift while selecting the second point by a rectangle? And they both stayed selected? If not, can you describe your order of operations?
I'm using ArcGIS Online.
