We are licensed for version 10.9.1 of ArcGIS enterprise. We are creating a notification process based in buffer inputted by user in Experience Builder based on the following documentation

Our issue is that the “Filter by selected feature from data source” option is not available in Experience Builder within our ArcGIS Enterprise portal. We followed the recommended settings when configuring the web map and publishing the web layer, but the option still does not appear.
However, when using Experience Builder in ArcGIS Online, the “Filter by selected feature from data source” option is available for the same published web layer.
Is this because of the version used?
