We are currently trying to upgrade our organisation's WAB based applications to Experience Builder but we're encountering an issue in that an essential part of the workflow for one of our apps is searching for a location in the NZTM projection system.

We're not looking to use the Developer Edition at the moment due to a pending upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise, so we're not able to take advantage of custom widgets. Is there a way of doing this in standard Experience Builder on AGOL?

Hi @G-Palmer ,

Are you talking about the search widget being unable to search for locations in different projection systems , or is there another widget with issues?

If it is an issue with the search widget, could you share your custom locator service with me and provide a sample search input?

Thanks,

Shengdi

Hi Shengdi

We aren't searching for general locations but pure NZTM coordinates (e.g. 1748791.5, 5428805.5). I have since found a related post which uses the WKID to specify which coordinate system to search with (Find with coordinates Search Widget) which we're using as a work around but it would be more user friendly if the coordinates could be added without having to specify that.

Thanks
